        Please find below the very special rates
     
    Double occupancy
    		    Rs.3,300/- all inclusive per person per day on twin sharing basis.
    Single occupancy
    		    Rs.6,600/- all inclusive per person per day.
     
    The above rates are inclusive of all taxes applicable as on date.if the govt. imposes a new tax at time of our conference, the same will be debited to us
  • Participation: Mandatory for all franchisee partners.

  • Dress Code :
    • 29/05/08 – Business Sessions – Business formals
     
    Men – formal shirts, trousers, tie, shoes
    Women – formals – sarees/ salwar suits, formal trousers, formal shirts
    Awards Nite -
    We recommend that you are in your best for this occasion .You could be in formal/semi formal or the costume which is traditional of your state.
     
    30/05/08 – CADD Centre T Shirt for the morning, as we have a group photo – your T-Shirt
      will be provided on the first day. In order to provide you the right size – please choose your T-shirt size in the Registration Form.
    31/05/08 – Business Formals:
      Men– formal shirts, trousers, tie, shoes
      Women – formals – sarees/salwar suits, formal trousers, formal shirts
      No CADD Centre T Shirts please.
      Dinner on 29/05/08 & 30/05/08: – semi formals/ casuals
      Use of Swimming pool : Mandatory to use swimming trunks. You will not be allowed to use the swimming pool with cotton shorts..etc., (non swimming trunks)
       
       
        If you chose to hang around the hotel during non business sessions please avoid casual dressing, casual foot wear etc.

  • Check in: Conference package starts with dinner on 29/05/08. The Hotel has officially committed to allow check in by 3 pm only. Early check-in at Cida de Goa will be based on availability only. People who reach Goa early morning, will have to look at an alternate place to freshen up and reach the venue by 3pm. The check-in time is similar with all 5 star hotels in Goa because of the flight arrival and departure.
     

  • We are requesting the hotel to provide us rooms earlier, the status for the same will be known only after May 25, 2008.

  • People who check in on 29th May, 2008 morning will have to pay for breakfast and lunch separately as per the extra rates mentioned.
    Extra Breakfast – Rs.450/- + Taxes
    Extra Lunch – Rs.550/- + Taxes

  • Extended Package : The hotel has agreed to extend the package rates after May 31, 2008. You can choose to make your family join you after the conference or you choose to stay for a couple of days after the conference. For us to block it, we will need your confirmations on number of days and number of persons.
     
  • Can your centre manager attend the annual conference?:

    What you should do?

    1) Please block these dates immediately.

    2) Confirm your participation through Online Registration on or before May 3, 2008

    3) Reserve your tickets both ways so that you could be available for the conference.

    4) Send your travel schedule through return email to nds.corp@caddcentre.co.in to reach us before May 3, 2008.
